How many days in advance should I let the CoNexus management know if I’m moving out?

Members are required to give a notice 30 days prior to the date they plan to move out.

Do I have to pay for tea/coffee?

No. We have a free tea/coffee machine regularly maintained by our dedicated office runners. You’ll get some humor-free with the tea. <3

However, if you order tea from the cafeteria, their charges apply.

What is the internet speed?

Each member gets an internet speed of 100 Mbps. There is no limit on the usage.

Do you have CCTV’s? Can I leave my stuff on the table?

CoNexus Life is fully secured with CCTV cameras. If you have opted for a designated desk, you are free to leave behind whatever you wish. Your stuff will be safe. However, for members with a floating desk, we advise you to take your belongings with you when you leave.

Is it possible to get a separate internet line for my team?

It is definitely possible to set up your separate internet connection, however that would call for additional costs. We’ll need to know your bandwidth requirement (speed, users, wired/wireless) and we can get back to you with the involved cost.

Can I become a CoNexian in the middle of a month?

Of course, you can start with your membership at any time during the month. That’s not an issue.

Will I have access to mailing/courier services?

Yes. We have a lovely little mailbox for our mail services. We will ensure that your mail/courier is sent through quickly.

Note – Courier charges are to be borne by the members themselves.

Is there an advance booking of the meeting room required?

Yes. You can book a meeting room in advance through our internal member management system after you’ve signed up.

What does HR assistance include? Administrative, and Financial assistance include?

We understand the need of a cheerful and dedicated team when you run your business. We will take care of Screening, Arranging Interviews, follow-ups with candidates, training/workshops for employees, recreation, and employee engagement activities.

What does administrative assistance include?

Say bye to office duty worries! We’ll manage attendance records, office runners, courier/mail pickup facilities, and seminar/meeting arrangements(with refreshments/buffet).

What does finance assistance include?

When we say “Focus on your business; rest is on us,” we mean it! We’ve got all the below finance services covered.

Book-keeping, Invoicing, Maintenance of Accounts.

Various registrations like GST, Pan, DSC, TAN

GST returns, ITR filing, TDS Returns

Financial Consultancy, Sanctioning of Loans,

Various financial reports & certifications,

And Company Formation & related compliance.
